The Society is governed by a democratically elected Managing Committee in accordance with the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 and the Society's Memorandum of Association.

FCRA Status
Aayushman Vidhya Society is not registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010.
We currently accept domestic donations only. Foreign contributions cannot be accepted until FCRA registration is obtained.
Governance & Accountability
Democratic Structure
All office bearers are elected by the General Body in accordance with the Society's constitution.
Dual-Signatory Controls
All financial transactions require authorization from two designated signatories, ensuring no single person controls funds.
Nationalized Bank Account
All Society funds are held in a nationalized bank with institutional account controls and regular reconciliation.
Annual General Meeting
The AGM is held annually as required by law. Last AGM: 25 October 2025.
Statutory Audit
Annual accounts are audited by a qualified Chartered Accountant and filed with the Registrar of Societies.
Annual Returns
Annual returns including financials are filed with the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Jaipur.
Grievance Redressal
In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) Section 8(8), we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any complaints or concerns.
