8. Donation Terms

8.1 Voluntary Nature

Donations to Aayushman Vidhya Society are entirely voluntary. No content, service, or feature on this website is contingent upon making a donation. All educational resources remain free and accessible to everyone regardless of donor status.

8.2 Accepted Payment Methods

AVS does not use any third-party payment gateway (such as Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal). All transactions are direct — UPI peer-to-peer or bank-to-bank transfer.

8.3 No International Donations

8.4 Tax Benefits

Donations to AVS are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Indian donors will receive an 80G tax receipt upon request. The tax receipt will include the donor's name, PAN (if provided), donation amount, date, and AVS's 80G registration details.

8.5 Non-Refundable

All donations are non-refundable once processed. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days at admin@aayushmanvidhyasociety.org and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

8.6 Use of Funds

All donations are used exclusively for AVS's charitable objectives — health education, community outreach, content creation, and operational costs. Financial reports are made available on our Transparency page.

9.1 No AI Training

These Terms of Use are published in three languages: English, Hindi (हिन्दी), and Sanskrit (संस्कृतम्). In the event of any conflict, ambiguity, or inconsistency between the language versions, the English version shall prevail and be considered the authoritative and legally binding text.

The Hindi and Sanskrit translations are provided as a service to our multilingual audience and are full-quality translations — not abbreviated or summarised. However, for purposes of legal interpretation, the English version governs.
