How Diseases Spread
Section titled “How Diseases Spread”Different diseases spread through different routes:

When to wash:
- Before eating or preparing food
- After using the toilet
- After coughing or sneezing
- After touching common surfaces

How to wash (20 seconds minimum):
- Wet hands with clean water
- Apply soap and lather
- Scrub all surfaces (back, between fingers, under nails)
- Rinse thoroughly
- Dry with clean towel
